As the heading suggests these choices cannot be a finite project. They are truly a lifetime process. When something scientific and innate (what the body instinctively needs) regarding your health is learnt, it cannot be unlearnt. Therefore your health standards are constantly improving as you learn. Whether you have the strength of character to sustain these changes for life will depend on your mind's ability to change and focus.

Ecolife Chirpractic will be holding weekly half  hour workshops on all of the required tools to most effectively achieve lifelong changes. These workshops are primarily for existing members of the clinic but are still open to the community to attend. They are free but require bookings, as spaces are limited to 15 people. Choices on water intake and not always food

The body can survive for 40 days without food but only 3 days without water. Drink 2 litres/day and when you think you feel hungry, drink water instead and monitor how you feel. It will be more likely that you are dehydrated.
